What We Provide

Construction Progress (Draw) Inspections — Periodic site visits to verify percentage of completion against the borrower’s budget and draw request before funds are released. Each report includes a clear assessment of work in place, dated photographs, and our independent estimate of completion.

Pre-Construction Document & Budget Review — A review of plans, specifications, and the cost breakdown at loan origination to confirm the budget is reasonable and complete before the first dollar is funded.

Final / Completion Inspections — Verification that the project has been finished in substantial accordance with the approved plans, with photo documentation to support your final disbursement and loan closing.

Photo-Documented Reporting — Every inspection is delivered as a written report with current site photography, completion percentages tied to budget line items, and notes on any items requiring attention.
